This English version is provided for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can store in a browser to remember information or enable functions. Other technologies, such as localStorage, can also retain information on the device. Their purposes should be distinguished from the technical data needed to deliver a page.
2. Cookies currently used
The CartelExprés application does not create cookies to save forms or store their contents in localStorage. It does not use Google Analytics. Generator data stay in tab memory; browser restoration and autofill are controlled through browser settings. Language links do not save a preference.
3. Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is active to measure visits and performance on the public website. According to Cloudflare, it does not use tracking cookies or localStorage to identify users and does not track people individually across websites. It does not receive form content.
See Cloudflare’s official privacy information and our privacy policy.
4. Strictly necessary security cookies
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies when certain security features or technical challenges require them, for example to verify a request or retain a security check result. Their presence depends on the configuration and access situation; they are not claimed to be installed on every visit.
These features protect the website and enable access, rather than personalise advertising. See the Cloudflare security cookie documentation.
5. Advertising
CartelExprés currently does not use advertising cookies or Google AdSense.
Before enabling advertising that requires consent, a consent management platform compatible with the applicable requirements will be implemented.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser’s privacy settings let you inspect and delete site cookies and block some or all cookies. You can also manage storage, autofill and session restoration. Steps vary; consult your browser’s help.
Blocking necessary technologies may prevent a security check from working. Clearing browser data does not delete PDF or PNG files you have saved.
7. Future changes
If advertising or another technology requiring consent is introduced, this policy will be updated and the appropriate platform enabled before activation. A future AdSense integration is intended to use Google’s certified CMP in Privacy & messaging. That advertising CMP is not currently loaded and no custom cookie banner is displayed.
