Purpose and access
CartelExprés is a free tool for creating customised signs and downloading them as PDF or PNG files in your browser, without mandatory registration.
Access and use are governed by this notice and the terms of use. Technical data and enquiries are covered by the privacy policy; browser technologies are explained in the cookie policy.
Intellectual property
Rights to the website’s own text, designs, visual identity, brand and original code belong to Pablo Guerrero Castillo or their respective rights holders. Third-party libraries and materials retain their own licences.
You may download, print and share the signs you create for lawful purposes, including professional use. This permission does not authorise taking the website’s identity or reusing its code or original content beyond what the law or relevant licences permit. You retain rights to the text and images you provide.
Content and permitted use
You must have the right to use the content you enter and check that it is accurate and appropriate for its purpose. CartelExprés must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or defamatory content, or content infringing another person’s rights.
Forms are processed locally: the owner neither receives nor verifies the content of your signs. This does not limit the responsibilities that may legally apply to each party.
Third-party links
The website and QR codes may link to third-party services. Their terms and policies apply when you access them. An informational link does not mean approval of all its content; responsibilities are determined under applicable law.
Availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical incidents or circumstances outside the owner’s control. We aim to keep it working correctly without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights recognised by law.
